Shana Dubro-Cohen
EEI Office Manager
Shana began working for EEI at the age of 19 in the year 2000, and has been in the unique position of having a front row seat to witness the worldwide growth of EEI and the EMF Balancing Technique.
As Office Manager, Shana has a panoramic view and relationships with the entire EMF/EEI team, putting her in the perfect position to be in charge of the day-to-day operations of EEI. Shana is the backbone of the EEI office, and she also works closely with both Peggy and Stephen.
Her daily routine consists of communicating worldwide by answering emails and questions, and fulfilling orders for products and teacher materials. Her other responsibilities include web maintenance, class registrations, accounting, inventory management, and much more. Shana still manages to finds time for giving EMF sessions, and loves to hike in Sedona with her husband and co-worker, ELan.
“Thank you for your email …” This is the first sentence that greets anyone who receives an answer to their email to the EEI office. Email is the primary form of communication received by EEI – I receive over 100 emails a day, and my greatest joy is to be able to communicate with so many wonderful people all around the world.”

Production, Design & Marketing Director
As head of the EEI/EMF design studio, ELan plays an integral role in the creation, design, and manufacture of EMF educational materials, including practitioner workbooks and flip-charts, as well as promotional products such as posters and CDs. He was the artist and principle designer of the “Attributes of Mastery” cards and is responsible for all of the high level graphics in the teaching materials.
As the host and producer for the Kryon seminar in Israel in the year 2000, and the EMF seminars in 2000 and 2001, he came to know and develop a close relationship with Stephen and Peggy Phoenix Dubro. After relocating to the US, he began working for EEI in 2002, and now in addition to his design responsibilities, he also works closely with his wife Shana (Stephen and Peggy’s daughter) on day-to-day EMF office activities, helping to organize and promote EMF events worldwide.
ELan has a 15 year background in art and graphic design, having studied in various art institutions in Israel, and worked for 8 years in various major advertising companies, and designed book covers for leading publishing houses in Israel for 4 years.
His experience in book publishing is welcomed by EEI’s publishing division (Platinum Publishing House), where ELan will play an important role as EEI expands the range of its publications in the near future.
